Shipping policy

Processing + Fulfillment
Please allow 1–2 weeks for fulfillment before your order ships out. Once your order’s on the way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note: delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside of our control (carrier delays, weather, customs, etc.).

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Lifted Lifting is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping
We ship internationally 🌍

International shipping costs a bit more, and depending on your country, customs fees may apply.

International orders (including the US) may be subject to customs fees, duties, or tariffs upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by us.

If a customer refuses to pay duties/taxes and the package is returned, original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from the refund.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (unclaimed, incorrect address, or unpaid customs fees), we will issue a refund minus shipping and return costs.
